7. Describe the power structure. Who, officially, is in charge of the group? How do you know? How do members view the leader(s)? What subgroups exist?
8. What do the members of this subculture value? What are the challenges they face? How does this group impact members’ lives? Does it have any impact on outsiders’ lives?
